Ian was born and raised in Victoria BC, and attended Oak Bay High. He recently obtained his Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management & Leadership, and also holds a diploma in marketing from Camosun. He has also recently completed his Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation
Ian is passionate about improving workplace culture, and increasing organizational efficiency on a micro and macro level. Ian manages business development, human resources, and project management for both Integrated Benefit Solutions & Cooper Financial Group, where his outgoing personality and organizational passion gives him the drive to continually improve the client and employee experience for both companies.
When Ian isn’t at work you can find him working on his fitness, either in the gym, or on one of the beautiful local trails.
