Jessica and Savanna are sisters in their mid thirties and have a very close relationship with their Dad, who has been their primary caretaker for most of their life. Savanna and Jessica should talk to their Lawyer, Accountant, and Financial Advisor to help sort out any of the complicated underwritings of transferring assets that have been underlined in the will.
